I've waited until now to put my bit in, but here it is: Using self-voicing programs is sort of disrespectful to those who designed VoiceOver into Leopard in the first place. If someone has a problem with the speech, then adjust VO settings. Self voicing is like re-inventing the wheel; why are we even talking about it. Second. Keyboard shortcuts. I hesitated to mention this since it's quite nicely included in your original specs, but as someone who uses both a GUI and a keyboard-driven environment, please do not leave out one in favor of the other.
