The problem is that at my university no computer is delivered with Vista for security or stability reasons - I don't know. Also privatley, I don't know anybody who kept his predefined Vista on his computer. Therefore I have no access to Vista and cannot test it. Concerning rules, I often heard that companies first start using a new Windows OS after the first service pack is out.
