Hello LyXers,
with the help from many people I'm now able to present the new version
0.4 of the LyX installer for Windows.

This is the changelog:
Version 0.4
- use "tex2lyx" instead of "reLyX" as default LaTeX -> LyX converter
- improved check for the LaTeX-distribution "TeXLive"
- new installer variant "network" (fix bug 5664)
- default screen fonts and font zoom is now correctly set (fix bug 5474)
- fix bug when cleaning registry entries
- new icons
- the variant "small" of the installer contains now GSview
- LyX starts now always with the correct menu language
GSview is now part of all installer variants but will only be installed
by default in the variant "complete".
I switched to LyX's new LaTeX -> LyX converter "tex2lyx". In contrary to
the old "reLyX" tex2lyx is maintained by the LyX-developers. tex2lyx is
currently not marked as "stable" but it is in most cases better than
reLyX. tex2lyx is invoked when you use LyX's menu
File -> Import -> LaTeX
There is now a new installer variant "network" available. It is designed
for experienced users who want to use LyX together with a
LaTeX-distribution from a network drive or a live-CD/DVD. The network
installer asks you for a path to the file "latex.exe" that should be
used together with LyX. This also gives you the possibility to have more
than one LaTeX-distribution installed and to choose which one should be
used with LyX.

read the actual Readme files first before you use the installer.
