Shrug. I haven't kept up with this for a while. perhaps the log messages output by preview-latex have changed. Could you post 4lyxpreview.tex and 4lyxpreview.log? (You may need to edit lyxpreview2bitmap.sh so that it does not remove the temporary files.) -- Angus
