Tim, Looks to me that the problem is in your system, not the src.rpm. I run RH 6.2, too, so I'll try to make the time to grab the package and see if it builds here. > I used the first method. Strange as it may seem, sometimes something gets stuck in memory and applications that worked flawlessly now either won't run or bomb in some other way. I had this a couple of months ago -- I forget the details now -- but, ... rebooting the system cleared up the problem! This was only about the second time in five years I needed to go this route, and it didn't occur to me because that's a Microsoft solution, not a linux solution. But it worked.
