At least the SPIE stuff seems clean and general enough to go in. I'd
need a LaTeXConfig.lyx.in snippet to go with it, though.

I do not know about the seminar stuff. This is certainly a useful
class, but do you feel it is clean enough to go in (meaning we'll have
to maintain it later)? 

The koma-script-with-roman-headings looks like an ad-hoc thing to me.
I do not know whether I want it in.

Anyway, if people really ask for scratcl and seminar, we can put them
in. Otherwise, they should be packaged and shoved into
ftp/pub/lyx/contrib.

The web sites sorely needs a reorg. However, there do not seem to be a
lot of volunteers for that right now...
