What's wrong with it? Looks fine here in lyx-1.1.4fix3.
On the other hand, your WWW server insists on sending the lyx file as
mime-type text/plain, which screws up the handling of lyx files so it
doesn't pop up in LyX. I blamed Netscape for chorus of curses before
I figured out that your WWW server was causing the problem.
