You use '?' or some other glyph. You seem to have fallen in the trap
that Qt4 is the only frontend. Somebody should pester Trolltech about
not supporting the full unicode range.

Even with Qt4 there will be ways to input, and if we want, to
represent codepoints outside ucs-2.
