Aspell *does* work for Stephen Harris (from a private post), I'm checking
with him and I'll keep devel-list posted.
Works for me with 1.3.6pre17. What happens if you open a DOS console,
cd to C:\Aspell and do the following:
>bin\aspell -c readme
(assuming that the Aspell readme file is in C:\Aspell)? Does it start
start checking, or does it offer up an error message?
