I reverted the translation to the 1.3.5 version (no translation, see
http://www.lyx.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/lyx-devel/po/de.po.diff?r1=1.79.2.33&r2=1.79.2.34).
If we change anything here we should not do it in 1.3.6 but in 1.4 IMHO.

Again: Since "Beschriftung" is used for a long time we should not change it
in 1.3.6.
