I fully agree. Representing social science I have been looking for something like this. I am not sure if there are alternative bib-systems out there for social science and humanities (Jürgen?). Natbib has been suggested but I am not sure if it is the right thing for people like me. So far jurabib sound like the best and most powerfull tool for people with my needs. Just make sure to implement is so non technical users like me (from social science, remember!) can use the thing as easy as the standard BibTeX in LyX. Currently I am writing a book about "Linux in Academia" for a non technical audience of students and professors from social science and humanities. I am putting a lot of effort into the LyX chapter and would love to demonstratge the use of Jurabib in LyX. This could really challenge the MS-Word/Endnote combination that is very common at social science - and move LyX towards a new group of users. OK - guess I made my point? ;-) > Your opinion? I love the idea. Go for it! Any idea when it can be implemented in LyX? -j (LyX user) -- Roskilde University, Denmark. Department of Technology and Social Science. International Development Studies.
