Hi, it's me again ;-)

Obviously XPM now is the preferred image format in Lyx, right?!

I've found, too the problem to convert EPS into XPM format and it have it
fixed. As always before it's a pathname problem, i.e. pathes should be
os::external_path()'ed when building the convert script.

But now when the XPM was build there seems to be another problem:

Lyx's stderr output shows:
In LookupColor [rgb_db.c 155] database uninitialized
In InitColorLookup [rgb_db.c 63] can't find the rgb color database--No
such file or directory

These lines are given many times. And it's the same behaviour when inserting
direcly an xpm image file in Lyx!

Where does that come from? (There is no rgb_c.c in cvs!) Where can I
get/create such a database? Am I missing anything else? Or it is due to a
possible wrong libXpm release. strings /usr/X11R6/bin/libXpm.dll shows:
    $XpmVersion: 3.4k $
    Id: xpm.shar,v 3.71 1998/03/19 19:47:14 lehors Exp $

Any idea?

Claus
