OK. Last try: Would it satisfy your needs if I would delete the button and add a way to chose the default margins of geometry (all the other features of that package can be chosen without the button currently)? If yes, please propose a userfriendly name similar to "Wide margins" (a4wide.sty) for I don't know how the geometry default style looks like. If not, I will leave the button for now (with a bad feeling) and won't hassle you anymore ;-) BTW: I agree that we should add a dialog "Packages" after 1.2.0 where we can select/deselect the autoloaded packages and set their options. We have Natbib, URL, AMSMath and some more. But I don't think Geometry should go there, as well as a4[wide] and setspace shouldn't. Greets, Jürgen > Jürgen
