Actually I think Allans idea of putting the "Geometry Button" with another
name near the input fields are a good idea. Anyway "Custom Size" is only
pointed at the "Width"/"Height" input fields NOT for the Margin sizes so
that this HAS to be separately handled! But if you put the Width/Height
input boxes inside the Frame where on top we have the
"Use special Margins and/or Sizes" checkbutton then it should be pretty clear
what we want. Then also Jean-Marcs idea comes in and now we don't handle the
button "automatically" the button is activated ONLY manually! So if it is
disabled we have ALL input-fields disabled and also "Paper Sizes" in the
drop down box which use geometry (as the Custom Papersize) if this is possible
otherwise we would have to enable the Button when setting the "Custom" size,
but we should "NEVER" disable it automatically.
