| Note that this is symptomatic of a wider bindings problem: the
| bindings are often slightly keyboard specific. For example, the
| binding for subsection* is (from memory) something like M-p
| S-numbersign. But what this really 'means' is M-p S-3, by analogy with
| M-p 3 for subsection. On many keyboards, S-3 is numbersign, so
