Your are not telling us that the menu entries should be in appendix
too, are you? However, I agree about the key bindings in main docs
(especially now that they are visible in menus). However, having the
key bindings and menu entries in reference.lyx would be great, and
some automated scheme is the best way to keep them up to date.
