Thanks to Kornels patch, lib/unicodesymbols is now tested for all input
encodings installed here.

A question especially to Windows-users:


Input encodings cp858 and pt254 give "uncodable character" LyX Warnings
for all ASCII chars!

Indeed, these encodings are not supported by iconv (at least not the version
installed with Debian/testing).
