I did remove the now spare test samples together with the fixes and
"unreliableTests" patterns in 6674a91573477e4716869.
* Currently, I only tested 001-4-latin.lyx with all encodings.
* Please correct the "unreliableTests" - AFAIK Scott and you can
successfully test Arab, Hebrew, CJK and platex which are not installed
on my machine.
* Can you reproduce the following for cp858 and pt254?

# DOS code page, Western European:
