I don't understand all the discussion here. As I understand it:
- ACM did not work so I was fixing it.
- I did not change any source code so why should tex2lyx fail now?
- For me it does not fail. I checked this as described in our
Develoment.lyx file. (MSVC did report any tex2lyx test errors when they
were executed.)
So what is the problem? What is not working for you, can you please send
a LyX example file to test?
Does anybody give a +1 subsequently for the ACM layout update? If yes, we
should update the version numbers of the tex2lyx tests. If not, I propose
that Uwe reverts the layout file changes and makes the 504-505 step an empty
conversion.
Why? So we want to ship a layout for ACM that nobody can use?
OK, but then we should remove support for the ACM classes in general.
