It is in now. I also slightly updated the comments in lib/language and the README.localization file.
The only remaining issue is that Arabic is shown as "Arabic (ArabTeX)". It would be nice if a native Arabic speaker could tell us whether ArabTeX or Arabi can be considered as the "official" way of producing Arabic documents.
