Hm, ordering by lyx name seems more natural to me.
So, why is ngerman with german, and austrian somewhere else? Why is
greek nearby polutonikogreek?
The answer is easy: only sorting by GUIName, or maybe lang code groups
together what belong to getther. Babel names are just horrible for
classification.
If you do not like my brilliant method based on ordering (!), I can
propose to add a GuiLanguage=0/1 tag to the language file.
That would make sense.
I'll try that.
