Yes, it would be possible with some python scripting. However, I am not a python guy.
I understand that the GUI for the UI name differs in some case (such as "Arabic"). Shouldn't we accout for that?
I could rename "Arabic (ArabTeX)" to "Arabic" if we assume that this is the main way of writing Arabic documents. But I do not know which one is more suited to be "default" Arabic.
Other than that, I am fine with this approach.
