More concretely, for collaboration purposes I would propose to add a relatively simple missing feature, which is a good history browser. For example, it could be docked panel that shows up on the left, where you can see all the commits (with the user, timestamp and truncated commit message), then when you click on each one of them you can see the detailed comment, and a double click immediately shows in the main WorkArea that revision (or that change-tracked commit). Furthermore, right-clicking might lead you to a context menu containing such actions as "compare with HEAD", "compare with another revision", etc.

Other buttons in the docked panel might be "Switch to branch", or perhaps some other useful action (compare with another repo ?, ...)

Do you think these enhancements may make sense ? Is there any Trac entry with that ?
