We could consider 'blyx' (from Bundle LyX) or 'glyx' (from GIT LyX).
Naming aside, it would be very impressive (!) if a bundle format can
be implemented using GIT, and in a transparent way for the end user.
(Of course, under the condition that I actually understand what is
being proposed :) .)
