Actually I'd like to see 1.6.0 out of the door before the meeting, preferably at the end of October. Having a pending release hanging around spoils not only much of the fun of a meeting, it also distracts attention in the serious moments... 1.6.0svn has lots of new features, there's no need to stuff more in. I know it is hard to resist temptation, but I wouldn't mind if everybody went to 'strict crash and regression fixing mode' _now_. Andre'
