NO. This provides an inset that reveals system information such as shortcut, package and textclass availability, and rc settings. This inset is used in LaTeXConfig.lyx (which is now awkwardly generated from LaTeXConfig.lyx.in during configuration), and a new Shortcuts.lyx that will display currently used shortcuts in a nice table form. I expect that other lyx documents would use this inset as well. Cheers, Bo
