I think I found the problem. I started a new document in Italian and all labels were correctly translated. Then, I selected a Chapter, changed its language to English, saved the document, closed and reopened it. Now the label was reading "Chapter" instead of "Capitolo". I experimented a bit by changing to English only selected parts of the Chapter title and noticed that the bad translation occurs only when the first word is marked in a foreign language. This smells as a bug. -- Enrico
