That's weird, what you see now on Windows was what I was seeing before my patch. That's why I corrected this. For me the button looks perfectly, compiled today with Qt 4.2.2.
It seems that there is a bug in Qt as it looks so different on Solaris.

All I did was removing the block alignment of the two buttons and then changing the height of the browse button to the same height as the edit button. So the only thing I could think of was that the alignment might be brokem, but not the button height.
