Looks good and better than what we have currently.
I miss some explanations for the "Set width" and "Set height"
options... I don't know what is best here, put some text directly in
the dialog or in tooltips. I'd prefer in the tooltips.
There are tooltips there, but they don't show on the screenshots.

FWIW, this new dialog is OK with me as long as you've tested it
