Looks like the installer was generated fom svn again. Installers should be
generated from the source tarballs, or you need to do everything that "make
dist" does.

No button please, but Ctrl-C should definitely work. Did you try whether
this works in the 1.5 snapshot?

That is not supposed to happen. Are you sure that the window is related to
opening the help, and is not some delayed stuff from configuring before?
