I found the bug by analyzing the LaTeX export:

\title{INTIAN SALATTU TIMANTTI}
\author{\noun{Tuuli Lawson} }
\author{\tableofcontents{}} <----
\maketitle
\chapter{Helsinki - Vantaan lentokenttä}

Why is the TOC in the "author" style (and thus inside the title)? Should be in
the standard text style!
This is a LyX useability bug :-( It shouldn't allow this! LaTeX just crashes,
but LyX never reacts. (There have been some other such situations IIRC)
