The only reason why I raised the attention to this is that it is
still possible to insert a latex inset in a 1.0 lyx document.
Using the mini-buffer: inset-latex-insert
Should this possibility be removed?
The other case where a inset latex is in buffer.C, when reading a lyx
file...
