Hmm.. that's the only thing I disliked. Having to write a new method for
every new document language we want to export, and most times to do
nothing (as with most insets in this case), reflect a not exactly smart
design... of the current inset model.
IMO, for now it would be better to change only the headers with inline
functions for most insets. I really hope that the inset model will be
improved in 1.1. Unfortunately it has not been discussed the subject of
a new inset model (Asger's model is about text insets only).
