Fantastic!

I found a few easy bugs in InsetLabel::DocBook. It should not return 0, but the
width of the string. Similar in InsetLatex::DocBook,
InsetLatexAccent::DocBook, InsetQuotes::DocBook, InsetRef::DocBook,
InsetSpecialChar::DocBook, InsetTOC::DocBook, and InsetURL::DocBook.

I didn't try the patch yet, but I can't wait to ;-)

I think we should apply this right away, and get lots of people to test it,
find the other bugs, and polish the implementation.
We need to introduce more of the special DocBook environments, and document the
feature. When fonts are done, I think it's OK to release it, but having tables
would of course be best. Fonts are more important than tables for now.

(I suggest that we wait with 1.0.4 until after ~M.)

Greets,

Asger
