This is a scheme for allowing us to translate the names of styles in
the layout-dropdown.

in lib/layouts I have added two files:

extract_style.sh
layout-l10n

the layout-l10n is generated by the extract_style.sh, this script
extracts all the style names, sorts them, and make them unique. And
write them out on this format:

N_("Abstract")

This file (layout-l10n) is addet to the POTFILES.in in po/

So when the lyx.pot file is generated there is also msgid's made for
the different styles.

I have not yet done anything to make LyX actually draw the translated
strings, but I will look into that too.

btw. This was the easy solution I mentioned about half a year ago when
this was discussed.

Translation of the layout files also raises another question:
currently some of the layout files are written in another language
that english. Perhaps we should demand that all layout files be
written in english? and rather have the translation/po files take care
of it? (otoh what need have I of writing a letter in italian style,
when I don't speak italian...)
