You are the second poster I read on this thread (haven't read it all) to talk about "worthwhile" and "hassle". I have a very strong feeling that this is EXACTLY what Dell Israel is counting on - discourage people and drag them through the mud as much as possible - most will let Dell keep the money. It's easy for me to say (I won't have to go through this myself) but I'd like to encourage others to widen the crack that Zvi opened.
