I don't think so. Unless you cc: the message directly to the tmicha.net recipient, it's responding to the listserv propagating it. Therefore, it's whining at the listserv IP range (or whichever is the closest MX hop, I can't see it here because they don't post the original offending message, IDIOTS). It is the list owner's concern, not yours. The Cabal must now act in order to abuse back their ISP :) What *is* interesting however is that the site itself looks rather suspicious and I would not be surprised that this is a blatant plug to attract subscribers. I will monitor this issue personally and report back if I find anything. > In addition, the whois entry for Tmicha.net doesn't carry much > information. How is it possible to get such an entry? Plain violation of regulations. Domains with such records are bounded to be purged, but most registrars are reluctant to to so and you would normally have to go to hell and beyond. This or that way I'll submit tmicha.net to rfc-ignorant.org so that in case they'll do anything stupid blacklists would have advisory information to act upon. If they want to be on the spamfighter side (TINW) then they should at least have the decency not to do the same thing as spammers. Besides, no self respecting spamfighter would ever touch something as filthy as ASP. This entire deal seems to me that a wannabe spamfighter decided to be the self proclaimed net.police authority. This or that way, will the Cabal please listwash the moron? > Yet doesn't the > header clearly shows that Tmicha.net == 213.8.90.214?
