Yes you are right... Actcom is very close to lose my vote (and my monthly fee)..
I have informed them 3 times in the last 2 month about spam that is coming from there network. actually to be more specific from 192.115.135.186 (main.retal.co.il). with specific logs of spam attempts from this user to use my mail server as a base of his spam. They did not do anything, and did not even replied to my emails. When I called them they said I should mail them the logs. Which I did. They still do nothing. This is absolutly disrespct for good paying customers!!! I could understand they want that user monthly fee, but I guess if more people will send them emails telling them they will close their accounts. Maybe then they'll do something. My guess that thmicha.net is just the start and actcom users will start get massive rejects, as today policies are very strict and sometimes ISP closes relay from entire class C's. Actcom!!
