Is this the same thing? The messages that I got mentioned not taking
anti spam measures in general. You target attempts to break into your
system. If a burglar attempts to break into my house I will call the
police. In order to prevent his burglary attempts for some extended
period of time that is more then a few days he should be sued in court.
As another example, I assume that the situation that you describe might
be in some ways similar to the state of affairs of cheque book holders
who were spreading cheques without having enough money in their bank
account to pay for these cheques. There was a state legislation, or at
least some massive intervention by the state for the banks to take
counter measures against those cheque book holders.

I am missing something. How will your subscription to another ISP
solve your problem? I mean anyone with net access can try and break into
your system, can't he?

  Other then
    1. Start using Actcom services lately.
        2. For the time being, which is only a couple of days, being happy
with their lower rates and good service.
    3. Knowing the company long term standing support for Linux.
I am not affiliated with Actcom in any way.
