i couldnt agree more. some of us are not dealing with linux for such a long time, and sometimes during work come accross problems that needs to be solved, and fast. those "dumb" questions are not asked because we are home users that installed Linux for the first time, and have no idea what the hell we are doing. they are asked because sometimes there is just not enough time to RTFM for half a day, in order to find only what a lot of people here already know from their expirience.
i think that being more supportive can help a lot of us to learn the "hang of it" and not to be kicked around everytime we ask something that someone here sees as a "dumb question". you talk about expanding the iglu community, and bring more people as new members all the time. help those people out when they need you, and they will feel a lot better about contributning back some day. tal.
