Some people seem to think this kind of "security by obscurity" works.
Unfortunately, it doesn't. I've been getting spam relayed through
ftp.netvision.net.il for over a year. In fact I got so much spam relayed
through it, that I made it an honorary member of my MBL ("my blacklist")
file. This single rule caught over 200(!) pieces of spam in the last two
years.
That computer was on and off the various relay blacklists several times,
until at one point ORBS even added it to the list of sites playing games
on them (it appeared that they would relay for anyone except the ORBS
probes). Now it seems not to appear on any blacklist - except my personal
blacklist, where it will probably stay forever.

Have you ever noticed how many Israeli ISPs' mail servers are on various
blacklists? Some even appeared on the notorious orbs.dorkslayers.com
(which lists sites that are "dorks", and they gave up on any hope to see
the spam problem fixed). The same Israeli spammers spam again and again,
from the same ISP and spamvertising the same address - and the Israeli
ISPs aren't doing anything about it. No wonder they end up on the dork
list...

As for the question the original poster had: when you log in, you have an
ISP, so use its SMTP server as your mail relay. For example, say you log
in using Barak. Then use mail.barak.net.il as your mail relay. It's not
rocket science!! And please don't listen to the people who are telling you
to run an SMTP server on your own personal computer. This solution is wrong
on so many levels (spam reduction is only one of them)...
