The interesting thing about this technique is that it allows netvision to pass the RBL tests, because they don't guess correctly the right user name. As soon as that is fixed (i.e. - as soon as spam starts going through them), your mail is going to be black-holed by people. This will happen regardless of whether you are working from within the netvision IPs or not.
