Mandrake 8.0 is out and it's great (well,sort of ;-> did had some problems
.). The hebrew keyboard map isn't great, it has some problems -
especially with inputing numbers and such (can you dig it ? to input
numbers you have to switch back to english!), but it definetly doesnot
make the system unstale or cause anything that I'm aware of not to work.
In any case,my standing recomendation is to install with "English US" as
the default Keyboard and (click 'Advanced') install the hebrew language as
an additional language.
