btw, "d\o {}" doesn't seem to be necessary. Just "d\o" works fine for me.
i.e.
            Han f\o -- rer d\o {} - dens s\aa g\aa r
should be
            Han f\o -- rer d\o -- dens s\aa "g\aa r"
