Based on the feedback, I plan to rename these when I convert them from 
moments to rationals:

       minimumPageTurnLength           pageTurnMinimumRestLength
       minimumRepeatLengthForPageTurn  pageTurnMinimumRepeatLength

and not to rename the others.
