Mike, this patch has somehow poisoned the doc build and also the make
test functionality, neither of which work since the patch was pushed.
Did you do a new 'make' and then 'make doc'?
Used to catch me out every time. Now when I see any .cc I re-run make,
touch the notation.tely and then run make doc. Ditto for updated .ly files
(although that might be overkill).
It worked for me.

I deleted my /build, did git pull -r, cd /build, ran make. So far so
good, so I tried make doc, which ABENDed. Tried make test, also ABEND.
