Hmm; it looks like unifdef is not included in the kernel tree. We're
going to have to add this to chapter 5. (Actually we'll have to build
it just before the kernel headers install in chapter 5; then we might as
well just use the version from /tools in chapter 6 also.)
Well, damn. I thought they were including it now. Seems I forgot about
the one I had built in my home directory. In that case, this diff I
did a couple months ago should be a good start:
