Thanks for the notes, Dan. As far as jhalfs goes, it's a combination of
make and bash. jhalfs itself is all bash. And adding the ICA in would
probably be a matter of editing the bash part... Adding a switch and
variable to run the ICA, commands to ready the environment for it, and
then specifing which make targets in the generated Makefile to call.
