The daughter turned up with a copy (she's just seen em in Paris
apparently) The album is half decent. Called "A Weekend In The City",
Mark. Particularly liked Sunday.

Still playing Hats Off To The Buskers at full volume here, and the
Klaxons. Check out Aberdeen's :( [pronounced: colon open bracket] for
a peek at what's happening in the Granite City. Also reccommend The
Hours, Fife's King Creosote and funnily enough I'm still enamoured by
Paolo Nuttini and that's after he's been played to death here in LOTSA.

Also reccommend The Husseys if only for their top song about a bee
biting yer bum.

Big year for festival junkies too: booked for Belladrum, Connect,
Bennecassim, Loopallu, That thing with the Mekes in Leicester so far and
its only January.

Thank god someone had the sense to tell all those dance music smack
heads to sod off back to their wine bars, bedsits, ford fiestas and
student unions.

Now just when is the new El Presidente album due??????
