England didn't play bad imho. Why did Rooney get the red card: for a kick in the nuts or pushing Ronaldo away. I think it was the second.

England had the better chances, despite being without their captain on the pitch, or their first and second choice strikers on the pitch, AND their much vaunted central midfield pairing of Gerrard and Lampard playing total crap.
